Master Schedule

WLDs – Please use the schedule below as your starting template for the weekend. Adjust morning wake up times as necessary depending on what you are doing in the morning. Reminder that you do need to tell the kitchen that you want lunch at 12:30 on Friday and noon on Saturday and Sunday.

Almost all of your work for the schedule can be accomplished by entering in assignments into column C of the Assignments tab and into columns B, D and E of the Talks and Readings tab.

Team Training Powerpoints

The following links are for PowerPoint slides that are for the ALDs and Leadership team to use during teaming for various trainings. These slides were produced in 2016 using the latest Emmaus Manuals.

The following training slides are to be used during a training meeting or orientation session for the Walk to Emmaus or a Face to Face Encounter. The talks are generally given by either Board Members, authorized trainers, ALDs or in the case of Table Chapel Training – an SD. The Lead Servant/Lead Logistics or Agape servant/coordinator can be selected to do Agape Training.

Talk Critique Sheets

The Board agreed in 2016 that they would reimburse the WLDs for the printing of the talk critique sheets and the Emmaus Team Canon.

Board Rep Forms

The files below are generally given out by the Board Representative. It is intentional that the signature part is on a different sheet of paper than the covenant and financial commitment letter so that the team member can hold onto the information from the covenant and letter. The Board Rep may want to put the two signature forms onto one sheet of paper and print the covenant and financial form on one sheet of paper.
